Bayview Contracting completed this modern Wanaka Lake home in the Spring of 2023. From custom exterior, including deck to beautiful windows, as well as the interior and finishings, we captured our clients vision while not taking any shortcuts along the build process.
The cottage features EDCO products from Westman Steel for siding and cladding, Howie's Metal Sales for the metal roofing, soffit and fascia and Gingrich's Kitchen Cabinets for the custom kitchen, countertops and cabinets.
Further features include: custom finishings around windows and doors, a custom built fireplace, vaulted timberframe ceiling, sleek tongue and groove flooring, as well as a variety of custom finishings throughout. We were really proud of our craftsmanship on this project and always remain focused on exceeding our clients expectations. Our hard work and attention to detail provided us the opportunity to complete more projects in the surrounding area.
