Our client had a vision in mind of when coming up with their dream build. Tomlinson Drafting was hired to develop the plan and drawings and after minor changes to the design, Bayview Renovations & Contracting was hired to complete the work. We were able to capture our clients vision in every aspect, from the home to the lakefront deck, we didn't take any shortcuts with this build.

The project took almost a full year emphasizing our commitment to our clients and our promise to be selective with work, so that each and every client receives our focus and undivided attention. Not only are we proud of this project, but we're happy to know that we've exceeded our clients expectations and completed their dream home.
