This lawyers firm was in need of a touch up. Bayview Renovations & Contracting designed and installed the James Hardie panel system which consisted of strapping the building and applying a rain screen for moisture control, and installing James Hardie Fiber Cement Panels and the aluminum easy trims to cap seams and corners. James Hardie Fiber Cement Board and Panels can be ordered in a variety of colours and styles to suit any needs. All windows, vents and accents were capped with coloured aluminium for longevity. The existing brick was painted and the building has a new, modern look and feel.
